Last updated 21 October 2026. This notice explains how Startup Partners ("we") handles personal information collected through this website, in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
To assess your application, contact you about the programme and, if we proceed, prepare an agreement. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
These providers may process information outside South Africa under their own data-protection terms.
Applications that do not proceed are deleted within 12 months. Information for startups that join the programme is kept for the term of the agreement and as required by law.
You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, or object to its use, by emailing hilton@startuppartners.co.za. If you are unhappy with how we handle it, you may complain to the Information Regulator (South Africa) at inforegulator.org.za.
Information you share with us about your business is treated as confidential under the programme agreement.
